Children speaking
in a Bevy—
singing choirs,
a coherence of pitch hanging
off paper with eight staves.
The song screams,
cutting through a cloud of Silence
and the Perpetuity of some
inalienable rights
developed long ago.
I hear
Elegance of the Note,
and cry Tears of Emptiness
that a cloud of Silence may win
again.
